3. Acceptable Use and Permissions

PipelineMagic is an intelligence and inspiration platform, not a tool for duplication or theft. You agree to use the Service strictly in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

• Required Permissions: You explicitly agree that you must obtain any and all necessary permissions, rights, licenses, or authorizations from third-party copyright or trademark owners before conducting deep funnel audits, scraping, analyzing, or modeling ads or funnels belonging to them.
• No Stealing or Copying: You are strictly prohibited from using the Service, or any insights derived from the Service, to copy, steal, clone, or directly duplicate the intellectual property, copyrighted material, trademarks, trade dress, ad creatives, or landing pages of any brand, creator, or entity without explicit written permission.
• Prohibited Activities: You will not use the platform for any illegal activities, to facilitate copyright infringement, or to violate the privacy rights of any third party.

PipelineMagic disclaims all liability for any infringement or illegal acts committed by users. We are a tool for intelligence; how you use that intelligence is entirely your legal responsibility.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments and No Refund Policy

By subscribing to or purchasing access to PipelineMagic, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing and billing practices at any time.

The Service and its original content, features, databases, curations, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PipelineMagic and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Any third-party trademarks, service marks, ads, brand names, or logos displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their display does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by PipelineMagic.

7. Termination and Enforcement

We take violations of these Terms seriously. PipelineMagic reserves the absolute right to suspend, disable, or immediately terminate your account and access to the Service, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without liability to you, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A breach or violation of these Terms of Service.

• Using the platform to facilitate intellectual property theft, unauthorized cloning, or malicious scraping.
• Unexpected technical or security issues or problems.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PIPELINEMAGIC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, LEGAL, OR RELIABLE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PIPELINEMAGIC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PipelineMagic and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms, specifically including any third-party claims regarding intellectual property infringement resulting from your actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PipelineMagic operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
